The elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) are real experiences we already know - inside and outside of us. This is the dharma of each element: our inherent nature.

Earth - structure, stability, being held

Earth is the densest element: bones, weight, grounding.

When earth is balanced, you feel steady.

When it’s off, you can feel scattered, unrooted, like you can’t land.

Try this: stand barefoot for one minute and feel your weight drop.

No forcing, just let gravity do its job.
