Welcome. I’m Julie - a yoga teacher, meditation guide, and writer drawn to the quiet work of returning home to the self.
I didn’t only come to yoga only for health and vitality, but also because I was searching for steadiness, clarity, and for something that felt real beneath the noise of daily life, and the noise inside my own head.
This Substack is my little corner for that kind of remembering. Not the “perfect morning routine” version but the real version: the messy, human, try-again version, buy the kind that teaches you how to stay with yourself.

My approach is rooted in understanding our inner worlds, and building a relationship with yourself that’s steady and kind. Because at the end of the day… you’re the one person you’ll be with through it all.

1) Use the search bar
If you’re on desktop, the Substack search is your best friend.
Try keywords like: anxiety, sleep, grounding, self-love, nervous system, boundaries, morning, evening, reset, breath, heart.
2) Start with what you need today
You don’t need to “catch up.”
Ask yourself:
Do I need calm or energy?
Do I need softness or strength?
Do I need words or silence?
Then choose a post like you’d choose a tea.
3) Bookmark this page
So when you’re having a moment, you can come back quickly avoiding decision fatigue.
